"It's cold, noisy, there's not enough water, etc., but the view is good."

4.0

The apartment is clean and newly renovated, with a panoramic view of the city from a high floor. The last floor, no neighbors above. A huge terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains, sea and city. You can barbecue on the terrace. The manager is friendly and cheerful. Remote check-in and check-out is very convenient. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 1 hour later. All necessary utensils, shampoo, and basic spices are available.

1. The Google Maps link in the apartment description led to the wrong house! I wasted time and nerves, being late for my meeting, when I tried to find the right house. The owner of the apartment did not bother to check the correctness of the link that he offered me in the property card. 2. The manager forgot to activate my link for wireless door opening in time, I wasted time and nerves standing at the locked door and being late for my meeting. 3. The manager sent me the wrong phone number to contact (without the country code), and at first I could not get through to him to get help with opening the door. I am not from this country, I should not guess about some codes for phone numbers. I should copy the phone number in international format and call right away, what negligence. 4. The apartment was very cold when I arrived with my girlfriend, clearly below 15 degrees Celsius. It turns out that all the heating radiators were turned off by the time we arrived! We managed to more or less heat the apartment only after 2 days!!! But we were not able to reach a comfortable temperature for us (+23)!!! Because there are only 3 radiators for the entire apartment, an average of 6 sections - this is very little for such an apartment! And these radiators are not very hot, even when you set them to maximum. And every night they turn off completely! And there were no electric heating devices in the apartment! Well, how can you enjoy the trip if it is cold at home?!.. 5. The floor is very cold, then it is logical to offer at least disposable slippers, since they do not warn about the cold in advance. The manager did nothing, although he could have bought and brought us an electric blanket and sheet for the night and an electric heater for the day. In my understanding, this would have been at least partial compensation for the physical and moral losses we suffered. But no, they did nothing like that. 6.
