Luxury Beach Front Suite with Rooftop Pool

Nothing… worst stay ever! Very disappointed!

Everything, Ac was not working proper There was no dining table so I had to go out to two restaurants and the food I took to eat with my family couldn’t do it. It was very uncomfortable. There was no garbage bags to throw away the garbage The hotel staff was not very helpful and rude The parking was way overpriced and you only had the option to valet. Everything else around. That area is super expensive to park if you have a car. The pool area and the rooftop was dirty. They never picked up the garbage kids were eating inside the pool and lots of kids inside the hot tub for adults no supervision. It was so crowded. There was nowhere to sit sometime so you couldn’t even use the facilities, the beach, chairs, and umbrellas. They were super understaffed so everything was dirty and the carpets were dirty I was lied to about the resort fees and about some additional fake fee. There was some registration fee. I was also lied to as this was a private unit, and the person that was managing was not very helpful Front desk didn’t wanna help at all because they kept referring to having to talk to the app because they didn’t manage that unit. They would not even bring garbage bags to the unit or towels. The resort fee that they charge you is ridiculous as you have to do everything yourself even to get pool towels it’s not very convenient not by the pool, not by the beach area and you have to have a card that they give you and if they forget to give it to you they won’t give you the towels. This is my first experience in booking where it was horrendous. I have been a booking customer for many years and I have never experienced such bad service and not very nice day.
