I lost the email containing the door code and was unable to reach anyone to re-send it for almost an hour, despite attempts by phone, text, and email. The description mentions "private sauna," but I'm not sure what they meant by sauna, since it is just a small mobile home with a bathroom. Does a bathroom qualify as a sauna? This is basically a tiny mobile home lot, and the parking spaces are cramped, so it will not work if you have a larger car. The loft is unusable since the ceiling is too low to stand up in. That is where the second bed is located, so to use it, you need to crawl. The place was clean, but very small and cramped, and for the price, we could have found much nicer accommodations.

The place is in a great area close to stores and downtown SLO. The place was clean and was small but big enough for 3 adults and a small dog. The beds are comfortable and the place was quiet. They had a great video game and a dry Sauna!

The 2nd bedroom upstairs was cute but as an older adult my knees hurt as it is a loft with narrow stairs! Ideal for kids or younger folks for sure but not for me anymore.

The location looked a little sketchy at first. It looked like a trailer park - for some that is okay but we were not expecting this. We liked the setup and the size of the bathroom and the sauna was a nice bonus.

The pictures of the loft area are very deceptive. There is no description of how high the loft is, and that the mattress is actually on the floor and you have to crawl around up there because it's so short. There could have been a description that this is more suitable for a smaller person and let me decide. To say that it sleeps 3 adults is a stretch. And the steps to get to the loft are dangerous and not to code.

Clean, well decorated home, with appropriate level of amenities (kitchenware, cleaning supplies, shower supplies, etc.). We were happy with the size of the property (perfect for 4 adults) for both hanging out during the day and sleeping at night.

More info about the fact that the second bedroom was in the loft (thought loft was in addition to the 2 bedrooms) and that there was a steep staircase to get up to the loft (which had such a short ceiling that we had to crawl around the room (not enough space to stand). It worked out, but would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time, as if we had physical limitations to get up those steps or move around without walking, we wouldn't have been able to stay here.

The unit was clean. The 1 bedroom was comfortable.

The site is listed as a 2 bedroom "home" that accommodates 5 guests. Instead it is a ONE BEDROOM Mobile home in a run down trailer park. The 2nd room is not really a bedroom, but a LOFT with a FOUR (4') CEILING and a "staircase" that is so STEEP, it more closely resembles a carpeted ladder than a stairs. There were also spiders in the bathroom, of which I sent a picture to the hosts. I had several seniors in my party who simply could not safely negotiate the stairs, nor crawl around the loft to utilize the mattress, which was simply lying on the floor of the loft. I was thoroughly embarrassed by the accommodations, and we ultimately had to bunk in an uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassing configuration. Before finalizing the reservation, I texted the hosts to ask if there were two bedrooms, and they replied that there were two queen mattresses, deceitfully evading the question, and the fact there was no 2nd bedroom. I contacted the hosts afterwards to explain my disappointment, and requested a refund. They said they "needed time" to get me an answer. They waited 10 days to ultimately deny my request, blaming Booking.Com for the inaccuracies. I am now working with Booking.Com for a resolution to my complaint.

It fit our needs, a wonderful clean place to stay. We are active people and did not want the "resort" style lodging. This was a perfect alternative to that. We were able to focus on Activities and not the place we were staying.

full kitchen, nice and spacious for a tiny place. kids loved the video game and the tv was perfect for a little down time.
