The house was great.

The house is one of the furthest from the beach, with no parking by the access points in the neighborhood. We decided to go to San Luis pass for the time on the beach.

This house was a gem! Our family had a wonderful time here. The host provided everything you could need for a perfect beach trip! Beach towels, beach toys, kites, wagons to haul gear to the beach, etc. The beach was a quick walk over a neighborhood bridge. The patios were wonderful for watching the sunset on one side, and enjoying coffee on the other. There were games, tv’s in every room, fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and tools-including ice maker! We will definitely come back to this place!

The house was clearly cleaned before we arrived, clean toilets, tub, shower, mirrors, fresh sheets, towels, clean fridge, oven, kitchen, clean dining table and coffee table, etc.. However, the guest bedroom floors, inside the dresser drawers, the short wall with the bar stools, & on top of the bedroom dressers were noticeably still dirty.
