"A pleasant surprise, with some nice little bonus touches."

We got a nice surprise when we arrived and saw that there had been a variety of food and drinks left for us. It's not unusual to find a few tea pouches or sachets of hot chocolate, but there were a mixture of soft fruit drinks, water, biscuits, fruit, milk and bread that were in the room. A nice supply of toiletries, which shouldn't really require mention, but given our experiences of accommodations since returning to the UK, it's becoming apparent that even this basic essential is no longer being supplied as a matter of course at some places.

The room was a little small (the smallest since our trip to Tokyo, and the Dao in Shepherds Bush London). But they made good use of the space available and given that we were only there for one night, this wasn't really a problem.

Everything from start to finish. The place was immaculate throughout and to a high finish. The little welcome gifts went down a treat and meant that we had breakfast which was a great surprise. There was a little bar that you could pay for a drink which if course I partaked, why not when on holiday. Very comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you needed. Didn't meet hosts but that was fine everything was communicated and easy access to place. Nice quiet village with so many walks all local.

Nothing at all. If I did it would have been only my preference etc. Couldn't fault anything
