Loved how peaceful and relatively private it was. The location was perfect for the event we were attending but it was also close enough to the city to do some exploring. Super tidy and had all the necessities. Would 100% stay again.

Really great service from owner. Lovely welcome note and fresh fruit. Great wee location and just a pleasant place to stay. It is a shame we didn't stay longer to enjoy it more. Great firepit to sit outside and enjoy!!!

"Exceptional"

The accommodation at Journey's rest was a dream. Not only was it beautiful and private everything about it is beyond our expectations. Jorney's Rest was well thought out, tastefully decorated, equipped with love and care. The evening lighting was beautiful and the lighting equipments was also very high tech. Philp provided great care in his communication before our arrival as well as throughout our stay. It was a magical stay and heartfelt experience. We look forward to future opportunities to stay here again in the future.
