St Edwards Cottage, Tintagel

Everything. The house is a dream come true, the garden a fairytale. The Location is perfect, of course if you seek calm and adventurous locations. Situated 200m from the cliffs where you can see the most beautiful sunset and conveniently located near the south west cost path and Tintagel in walking distance. In a nutshell, warm, cozy, beautifully located and a garden where other people probably would charge money for to see it.

Not much. The only thing worth mentioning is the kitchen utensils and dishes which where not spotlessly clean, but to be honest thats everywhere where you rent a privately owned home with guests beforehand which didn’t take care as they should have. A quick wash is all you need and you are good to go. No hassle.

Location amazing right on the coast path, lovely bright house/garden, sheep walking through the garden every morning

The smallest bedroom had a musty smell like when washing hasn’t been dry right

Beautiful property - wonderful presentation. Spacious and bright. Instructions from owner clear and concise. Can’t wait to go back.

Frosted glass or blinds in bathroom

Everything The cottage was perfect,spacious, homely, great location. Comfortable beds. Huge kitchen and the visiting sheep in the garden were an added bonus!

St.Edwards Cottage was an absolute delight, the décor was lovely. We had a lovely country family Christmas. We will definitely stay again in the summer so we can do some of the walks and see the history of Tintagel. And the Art in the cottage we loved, we think that Annie may have painted some of the pieces and we guessed where every view in the paintings actually was in the cottage and Tintagel.

Back Lane needs better signage & lighting as we arrived at night so couldn't see it straight away. And the cottage front garden light doesn't work so we couldn't see the property at night till we got out of the cars & saw the Christmas tree lights, but never took away from the superbly decorated cottage. Just so Delightful. My family was so happy, we didn't want to leave.

Lovely cottage. Spacious and clean with everything we needed. Really good for families as they have a highchair, travel cots, children's cutlery etc. The garden was delightful and great fun for the children to play in. Perfect location, peaceful with the coastal path out your back door and town of Tintagel only a few mins away. We'd highly recommend the cottage! Would suit families or adults groups alike.

Perfectly located for extended walks along the coast but also close enough to walk to the center of Tintagel. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a huge garden.
