The Burren Inn

This is a very special place. The first night of a road trip with my mother who has dementia and with whom I was retracing her childhood. Mum and I were delighted with our room. The atmosphere in the bar was great. Huge thank you to Niamh who couldn't have been more kind organising everything for our stay.

Friendly host. Nice breakfast facilities. Comfortable bed.

Liebe Niamh, euer Quartier zu Beginn unserer Tour in Irland, war ein fantastischer Einstieg. Mit herzlichem Empfang idyllisch gelegen, mit schönen Zimmern, gutem Frühstück. Die Überraschung am ersten Abend bei einer Geburtstagsparty mit toller Livemusik dabei sein zu dürfen war super! Wir hoffen wieder zu kommen. Lieben Dank Familie Reschke

The owners are really nice and helpful. They have a live band in the bar with a nice atmosphere. There is food truck outside where you can buy food and eat at the bar. The location is beautiful. Highly recommended if you arrive at Shannon Airport and you need to sleep on your way to Galway.

La struttura esternamente si presenta carina ed è in una buona posizione rispetto alle mete turistiche più famose della zona. Chi ci ha accolto è stato veramente carina e gentile e senz’altro accogliente .

I bagni sono veramente troppo piccoli, pur avendo lo spazio per renderli più agevoli. Per quanto riguarda la mia personalissima, opinione,, avendo girato sette strutture con la mia famiglia in questo viaggio, ritengo che qui non ci sia un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Loved the warm, friendly welcome and the chat with locals in the bar. Think if the lovely owner had more help, support etc and improved breakfast and provided room refreshments , this beautiful building could be a winner as a B and B. Wishing you the best of luck with everything! Don't give up!

No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Not allowed to take food to room but no restaurant or meals provision. Having to get own breakfast with poor quality provisions and no cooking allowed. Inadequate, small ensuite with no bath mat and empty shampoo and conditioner containers. Uncomfortable pillows.
