De locatie was super, 2 minuten van het strand en dichtbij winkels/horeca en station.

De wifi! De verbinding viel steeds uit, soms echt wel elke 4 minuten. 's avonds een film of serie kijken was daardoor een beproeving. Er was ook alleen digitaal aanbod, geen kabel tv of iets buiten de wifi om.

Central location. Couple of nice cafes close by. Kitchen quite new. Disappointing: this place is not advertised or priced as budget.

Unlocking the front door lock was temperamental. Flat is on second floor, the four flights of stairs up are not well lit and narrow. Deffo not suitable for kids for multiple reasons. On checking the mattress I found someone else hair, kitchen sink had food residue in plug, had to rewash the towels cos they smelt funky, had to sanitise the toilet that had not been properly done, shower tiles are mouldy, taps had dirty residue, toothpaste splatters around sink. The ‘view’ is obscured by a rusty old Sky dish, the windows are filthy. The sky channels were inaccessible cos someone else was online. The standard of hygiene is not good enough and more like home cleaning than commercial- guests don’t want to see any hint of previous people. All of this missed attention to detail is a slippery slope. Manager communication was slow and sloppy. Should have taken notice of other reviews indicating hygiene was an issue.

Area is quite rough. Didn't feel safe walking out late.

The hallway to the apartment door smelt mouldy.

The location

The hand shower not working. All dusty. No towel no toilet roll. The corridor alarm was sounding entire night. No cleaning material provided. It shows in the property but nothing inside. Under washing machine and under bed all dust. The heat rags are all dusty. If u have hot water bath for 15 min next person can’t have hot bath. Has to wait for 20 to 30 min the boiler to warm up.
