Obwohl in einem lauten Stadtteil gelegen, war das Zimmer ruhig, da das Gebäude zurückgesetzt ist. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr hilfreich beim Einparken des Fahrzeugs (gratis Parkplatz). Sehr gute Vorbereitung, Vorabanfrage des Vermieters über Whatsapp um Ankunftszeit, dadurch wartete die Mitarbeiterin bereits vor dem Haus. Günstige Lage für Besichtigung der Altstadt zu Fuß. Zahlreiche empfehlenswerte Lokale in fussläufiger Nähe.
