It stated 5 minutes to center and was longer Also I expected a coach house which turned out to be a new build They were numerous stairs and had a 83 year old in a wheelchair A walk in shower was not a walk in shower Felt very misleading
GBGBClean , very close to Lincoln centre . Property had clockroom ,bathroom and en suite so great for multiple guests , great communication from owner . Was able to check in earlier than planned time .
No bad points
GBGBThe house met our requirements and was in an Ideal location not too far away from the town.
The noise from the dogs in the street early in the morning.
GBPrice point bang on. Was extremely happy overall and would recommend. Everywhere was fairly clean Settees and beds really comfortable. Rainfall part of shower good Location pretty good. All the people we met walking along side Fossdyke (lovely walk along a waterway just a few steps away) were really friendly. Also great position for walking into town. Parking outside the property was really good to have Well equipped Ease of access good, as were sensor lights
Base of bed (faux leather) was peeling Duvets too thick, winter duvets, not summer Pillows seemingly feather, not good for allergies, but I had my own pillows, so all good Bathroom floor in ensuite not as clean as it should be Shower fastening at top loose and hand shower mind of it's own. No hand towel in downstairs toilet Freezer door seal quite black with what looks like mold and fridge a bit moldy smelling.. both could be cleaner imo.
