Moisissures dans la salle de bain Certains éléments dans la chambre n’ont jamais été nettoyés comme la couverture sur le plan de travail de la "cuisine". Une seule petite fenêtre au sol! à ouvrir. Machine à laver ne fonctionne pas, cela n’a pas été signalé. Après ma demande on me dit de juste rallumer alors qu’il y a un signal qu’elle est pas branché à l’eau. Seulement quand j’insiste, on m’avoue enfin qu’elle ne fonctionne pas mais que de toute façon elle serait pas inclue dans ma réservation. Cette réaction en dit long sur leur transparence. Fenêtres au plafond qui ne sont pas suffisamment couvertes, le matin on est réveillé par la lumière forte. Le parquet au sol sort, attention à pied nus on peut facilement se blesser. "Cuisine" même pas équipée d’assiettes ou de bols, rien pour la cuisson, même pas de micro-onde. Clime très anciennes pas assez forte pour la chaleur et le manque d’aération. Et surtout impossible d’avoir une réponse par les équipes concernant la demande d’une facture pour mon séjour alors que je l’ai demandé avant le séjour même. Après le séjour, j’ai utilisé tous les moyens de communication pour relancer ma demande et d’un coup plus personne ne répond. Un manque de professionnalisme, de sécurité et d’un minimum de propreté et décence.

The room had great potential, but unfortunately there are way more cons than pros. Amazing placement, really central, good neighbourhood, and the neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. Easy access to rooms and pretty quiet street. We appreciated that they left a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. We also got two normal umbrellas (even though one was snapped), a beach umbrella and a beach mat, very useful. The balcony was great. We had a washing machine (with only one laundry capsule), dishes, glasses and cutlery (but they were pretty dirty so we had to wash them first), a coffee machine (but only 5 capsules, and we were two people for six days), and body & hand wash. The towels seemed clean or maybe even new, same as the sheets. AC worked very well. After we finally received the check-in instructions (I wrote more about this below), the check-in was pretty simple: after you enter the 4-digits code on a box hanging on the wall by the entrance door, it opens and there are two keys (one for building, one for room).

The bathroom was HORRIBLE. Not clean at all, even though we asked for early check-in and we were not allowed, because the cleaning company wasn't done, but it didn't seem to be cleaned prior. We found ants (small, but still.. they were alive) on the shower floor and near the sink. Don't even get me started about the shower.. the whole toilet and the entire floor was wet after every use of the shower, even though we pulled the curtain and we were very careful. They only left two rolls of toilet paper, and one roll of tissue (which was used to dry the bathroom floor after every shower). Horrible communication!!! We only received the codes and instructions when we arrived in Bari, even though they assure you they get in touch with you a couple days before arrival for instructions (they did, but their only message was about the tourist tax). They didn't respond to messages or calls for DAYS, and when they finally did, they said they will clarify and come back with an answer. Guess what: they didn't!! I had to call multiple times while in front of the building, because we were there and we hadn't had any answers from them. You can hear the room upstairs SO LOUDLY. Every step, every move, every word. The street itself is surprisingly quiet, but the building is not at all. The mattress was embarrassingly loud and uncomfortable, same as the pillows. They were clean, but we found it very difficult to sleep (noise + discomfort). The pillows were uneven and felt like they were not changed in years. The arch mattress was sensitive to every move.

Above our apartment was weird noise every night the floor was scratching we supposed to check in at 3 pm the key was not there they were not even replying to our messages we were waiting for the keys for 4hours and we check in at 7pm they even didn’t say nothing when they bring us the key do not recommend this place..

Location was amazing Aircon was on point as it was so hot outside They have coffee machine which was unexpected Cups and spoons available, on reviews is said it wasn’t there

Washing machine wasn’t working :( so we used a cleaning service and payed extra money for that and waisted our time

We stayed in a room with a private bathroom right in the heart of Bari’s old town, just a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral. Located on the second floor, the room had a small balcony overlooking one of the charming narrow streets leading to the Cathedral Square — a truly atmospheric view. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, a well-stocked kitchen with utensils, a fridge, and even a washing machine (although it wasn’t connected to the water supply, so it couldn’t be used). There were also rain and beach umbrellas available, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it felt like a cozy and well-located place to stay in the historic center of Bari — except:

..except for a few serious drawbacks that affected our comfort. The noise from the neighbors upstairs was almost unbearable — the wooden floors creaked loudly with every step, and we could clearly hear conversations, snoring, and footsteps throughout the night. At times, it felt like the ceiling might give in. The mattress was another issue. It was an old spring type, uneven and uncomfortable, and after just one night we both woke up with back pain. We managed to slightly improve things by placing a thick winter blanket we found in the wardrobe on top, using it as a makeshift topper. The mattress was also quite squeaky, making noise every time one of us moved. Lastly, the shower had some problems — issues that we noticed had already been mentioned in previous reviews, and unfortunately, they still haven't been addressed.

The location, the price for the nights.

we didn't have the best time as there weren't bed sheets, only one, only one towel - although we stayed for 5 nights - nobody replied to our inquiry for clean towels. There are many ants in the room. The washing machine doesn't work. The windows on the the top aren't good as they allow light always, the TV doesn't work, the bed isn't stable as well- we felt it was gonna break by each small movement, also it made noises.
