nicely appointed

so here is the list: 1. fridge not working properly we had to throw away meat 2. Broken toaster 3. bbq grill not working wasted alot of time on that 4. hot tub didnt work 5. outside lights did not work 6. rats and mice all over property- we have videos that I am sure owner does not want us to post. Showed up during a 1 year old birthday party. 7.broken chair by pool
