The property was quiet, clean. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly (There is no in-person reception, only over the phone).

Check-in was a pain. I figured it out eventually with the help of one of the cleaning staff, but process was annoying and inconvenient. I also didn’t like the smell of cigarettes on the 3rd floor. People were smoking because there were no staff around to do anything about it. Also, the provided lockers are very small, not big enough for a large backpack or suitcase.
