La ubicación del hostal. Hotel o Airbnb como le llamen. Las tualla muy bien justo a la media súper limpias sin malos olores. La operadora atendió más no resolvió... Buenas temperatura y muy bonito el ambiente y la persona que limpia muy amable

La limpieza deficiente en la barrida y la ducha. No había papel . Los colchones estaban finitos.habia un animal sobre la cama un alacrán. No hubo asistencia sin evidencia fotográfica.. nos tocó decir que íbamos a llamar a la policía... Si no me asignaba otra habitación la única habitación disponible con baño propio estába en el 4 piso sin ascensor... Yo fui con un adulto mayor.. cosa que no tomaron en cuenta al momento de verificar la información y del check in...
