It's a fine location, not very far from Dal lake. Bilal ji takes good care of the place. It's a nice budget friendly place for your stay at Srinagar.

Everything was amazing. The owner and his family were very nice . They treated us like their own family. Facilities were top notch. The room was spotless and everything was flawless. If we ever visited kashmir again, we will come here for sure. 👌👌😊😊

Mr. Bilal, the owner and host is a gem by heart. He was incredibly good host, attentive, willing to help with any little or major requests. I was a solo traveller and felt welcome. The room was spacious and well ventilated with a clean bathroom and hot water. The stay is the most economical, I could find in Srinagar. The host Mr Bilal was always with a smile, eager to help and know about our local experiences, at the end of the day. He has all the right connections to support you with the taxis and deals. Infact he helped me buy kesar and also took me on a trip to pari mahal, when he found out that my taxi tour guy hadnt shown it to me. Over all, very courteous as an Indian host can get. Felt like part of family. Zomato delivers food to the house. Linen were clean and there was plenty of storage space. Very calm place especially at night. Reasonable Internet connectivity and Bilal is always around to help with his mobile number as pre paid sims don't work. No hidden charges, unlike other hosts.

1.Frequent power cuts, with the invertor supporting lights . 2. The rooster and hens clucking early morning , like a natural alarm.

We like the hosting of Bilal bhayya and his wife.. We felt like home away from home.. They were so kind and just like a family member to us and helped us to plan our trip in srinagar

I've booked this home stay for 3 nights on booking.com for Mid May 2024, it is a very good home stay and owner Mr.Bilal Bhaiya is a very genuine and nice person. He also provides home food(break fast, dinner) at a very reasonable price. He also helps in guiding you in places around. The room is very clean and well maintained. Don't miss tasting the home food that is provided in the stay at a very reasonable price. The location is also very good and is very much near to local market and zero bridge.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from May 12th to May 15th, 2024 Despite the room’s modest size, it was the very clean and in order, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom also maintained good standards of hygiene. The hotel’s overall maintenance was commendable The hospitality extended by the owner was truly commendable. He was helpful throughout our stay. He also arranged transportation for us at a very affordable price. This gesture significantly eased our travel concerns and allowed us to explore the area without any hassle. The homely food served at the hotel was good and affordable, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the owner and his wife for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful budget stay filled with great food, excellent service, and warm hospitality.
