Darshi war sehr bemüht, uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu zeigen.

Umliegende Häuser waren weniger schön.

Le camere di Villa Sea View sono la soluzione perfetta per un soggiorno a Galle. La posizione é ottimale: a 5 minuti a piedi dal Forte. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio. Inoltre, la ragazza che gestisce la struttura è gentilissima, simpatica e attenta. Anche se avevo prenotato la stanza piano terra ci ha fornito una più costosa al primo piano con vista mare senza costi aggiuntivi. La colazione inoltre é buonissima. Davvero lo consiglio a chiunque.

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin, Darshi und ihre Familie haben sich so herzlich um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Klimaanlage. Darshi hat uns ein sehr gutes Abendessen gekocht und auch das Frühstück war traditionell und echt super. Man sitzt beim Essen direkt über dem Meer. Es war fantastisch und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Location was perfect! Everything in Galle was accessible by foot. The closest to a seaside property you ever get and with a delicious meal served by the lovely host family!!!

Location was nice right on the small beach and very close to the fort area. View was excellent from the balcony, This is a family run business and everyone in tbe family are nice, friendly and helpful. It was raining hard when we got there and the husband and elder son helped us with tbe luggage. The owners were kind enough to provide us with power adapters.

I think the advertising is a little misleading. The access to this property is through a narrow alleyway with no vehicle access. Secondly the room on the first floor that we were initially assigned really has no usable private balcony. It is basically a passage. Luckily there was a room available on the second floor which did have a private balcony. The room is small and could do with a little more shelf space. However overall a good place for couple of nights. Avoid if climbing stairs is an issue. Not sure if there are any rooms on ground floor.
