Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment near Seafront

The flat was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable

Location- close to Prom and the town centre. Easy walks to Newlyn and bus/train stations.

Small bathroom. Not suitable for several guests but fine for solo travellers.

Great apartment with huge communal space, lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen for a short stay - Super close to the Menaye stadium for a cheeky visit to see Cornish Pirates. Able to park on a side street initially and later got on in front of the flat. The flat is down some stone steps (so might be. Bit tricky for folks with accessibility issues). Hannah's communication was nothing short of excellent. Maybe one downside, the communal space is big- so took a while to warm up when we first got there. It might benefit from a curtain across where the door is to keep the heat in ! Loved it loved it loved it- 100% would return

A bit chilly.when we first got there and the security light didn't come on so the steps down were a bit challenging in the dark! I struggled with the punch lock on the main door when returning the keys...but I suspect that's because I'm an idiot...

The property was in a good location for our needs and close to the seafront. Parking was very easy.

We heard loud talking (probably a TV) from above during our stay. The bathroom is very, very small and with an extractor fan that is very noisy that runs forever. The main bedroom mattress needs replacing as quite uncomfortable and very thin. The access is very slippery and needs jet washing to remove moss/dirt. The only heating is 2 electric heaters in the bedrooms and a freestanding electric heater in the lounge which really isn't sufficient for the apartment.

Good location for town centre, sea front, bus stops. Incredible value for money. Impressed with the well equipped kitchen.

Only a minor point but a curtain between the porch area & living room would have been good to keep the light out during the night & give a bit more insulation on cold days.

So clean spacious a cute little place and my dog enjoyed her stay here

What is there not to like we loved it there

Comfortable stay with plenty of space. Close to coast and a 20-25 minute walk from train station.

Very convient location...quick response from host...easy parking outside....close to seafront

One towel per person is not enough...no mirror in bathroom...entrance could do with a light as it was very dark when going down the steps...fan in bathroom took ages to turn off and bathroom was off the kitchen ...a little worrying on the hygiene front Listing said cleaning products were supplied but there was no washing powder
