Lovely views, clean sheets. Well set out. Handy safety gate at top of stairs. Lovely area and amazing walks.

Not clean. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Very cold when arrived dirty socks and other tenants beer tops etc left on sides. No washing up liquid so had to go out and buy some. Again no logs firelighters or kindling so had to go and buy some. Maybe some Christmas decs up next year would be nice as well.

Disappointing accommodation and facilities. No welcome pack. No sticks and logs for first fire after a long drive. No washing machine. It was dirty upon arrival. Broken curtain tie back holder in bedroom, Cobwebs, dirty hall and kitchen floors, dirty crockery, dirty cutlery, burnt old carpet around fire. Saggy sofas. Hard Beds. Lack of facilities all round. A tiny inadequate fridge, can´t fit shopping in. Miserly 30 mins hot water system. I thought this was a very low standard. I don´t like to write this disappointing review but it's the truth. I was upset having to clean it on day one and first, shop for the cleaning stuff to do so! Driving a few miles to buy that too. I wasted a day on this. It was definitely a learning curve and a grotty experience. The owners, leave it to earn money and do not keep their eyes on this place. I hope they do it up. The other cottages in the row are much nicer, it felt mean and neglected. We were so disappointed with this place. We made the best of it as the area has great scenery and we had days away. Will stay in one of the other cottages for cleanliness and comfort.

Very clean and comfortable and extremely well kitted out . Peaceful location with wonderful views. Living area is upstairs , making the most of the view.

Nothing - but location is a bit out of the way , which may not suit some people.
