Loved the location. The room was amazing however, it lacked a few basics like hair conditioner and a full length mirror. Also the man who greeted me was very helpful. I asked about dinner and I was told they were fully booked. I said, one of the reasons I booked was because they had a restaurant. I was then told I could dine at 6.30 and it would be lamb kebabs- no choice, no starters, no desserts/ cheese. I noticed through the evening they only had 1 other person dining. The meat was tough, definitely not lamb, more like mutton, if it indeed was from a lamb/sheep. When the man came and reminded me breakfast finished at 10.00 am. Due to my time restraints, I said I wouldn’t have breakfast, he threw his arms in the air as if it was a massive catastrophe… I’d paid for breakfast, surely it was my choice to have/or not to have it. On the whole the place is beautiful, it just needs more attention to their guests need and wants, rather than guests fitting in with them.

Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious.

Not an inexpensive hotel.

The accommodation is comfortable. The decor lands itself to a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

The dining tables are awkward because they’re put together and sometimes depending on type of guests you have, some people can inconsiderate by being loud and put their phones on speaker. This takes the peaceful during breakfast. I wish the staff can be more vigilant on calling out guests on that if the tables cannot be split.
