"Quiet oasis with a great staff"

We had a beautiful room and bathroom. The staff is great, especially Monica. There is a nice pool and the breakfasts are 👍 If you are looking for a restaurant in Grahamstown go to Major Fraser’s !!

A gorgeous historic property with a beautiful serene ambience and incredible style. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Sam with a huge smile and genuine welcome, to sitting in the beautiful gardens enjoying an aperitif, sinking down into the most comfortable bed for an incredible night's sleep and finally enjoying a delicious breakfast OUR STAY WAS PERFECT. Kudos to Sam for doing such a great job..he is a gem!

The Garden and facilities are absolutely beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

There was a terrible clucking noise on and off through the night. The area is not so peaceful and quite at night. There was drunken fighting, screaming and cars chasing each other during the night. We did however sleep in the front room which probably made the noise worse.
