Pretty two bedrooms with swiming pool in downtown Gueliz

No breakfast included as it was an apartment.

Bed linen was not fresh. En-suite toilet seat was not attached as it was the wrong size and consequently dangerous. Several light bulbs were missing.

I had a really disappointing stay at this apartment. First off, the location listed on Booking.com was completely misleading—it said it was in one area, but in reality, it was over an hour's walk away from where it was shown. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. When I finally arrived, I found a dirty toothbrush left on the seat in the shower—definitely not something you want to see. The bed had a visible stain on it that hadn't been cleaned, and when the cleaner came, all they did was move the toothbrush under the seat and ignore the stain. The bathroom was a mess: no toilet roll, a broken toilet seat, and a dirty razor left in the cupboard. On top of that, the main shower in the bed room didn't work only the small one and the shower in the other bathroom was leaking. Other issues included a broken door handle, and the key broke twice during my stay, which was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, the communication with the owner was terrible. I tried reaching out multiple times and received slow replies that often took hours, making the entire experience more stressful. To cap it all off, we were told we could check out at 3 pm, but then received a message saying we had to leave by 12 pm, even though we had already made plans. Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
