Great location and a short walk to the centre of Ella but away from the loud music from the bars. A lovely family own this property and immediately made us feel welcome offering us tea and cake. Following morning we had the tastiest breakfast of our trip in Sri Lanka and the owner took us to our next destination over a 3 hour drive in his tuk tuk for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Fans didn't work, had issues with getting hot water as the owner said they're reliant on solar power and it was a cloudy day. Short steep hill to get up and property doesn't seem to advertise as 'glory inn' outside which caused issues with us locating at first - had to call owner on WhatsApp and the place seemed to be called Elegant room stay.

Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The room was immaculate and very tastefully designed. The breakfast was amazing, the hosts really looked after us.
