Location was very convenient to the town centre. 5 to 10 minutes walk. So nice and quiet in the evening. Selection of biscuits available on arrival and all the little things you need for a one or two night stay.

It was perfect for our 2 night stay.

The unit was lovely. Debbie let us in early & even left us a box of biscuits. Everything is in the unit, even an emery board.

The heating is fixed & can't be adjusted & as it was particularly cold when we stayed it was at times very uncomfortable

The outside and entrance hall of the building is tired and could do with a freshen up.

This flat is in a stunning historical building which is only about a 5min walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants. The flat itself is spotlessly & I mean spotlessly, clean 🎉🎉 it has everything you’d need: microwave, fridge freezer / w/machine, oven, toaster, kettle etc. there are two stylish sofas in the living room which flip out a concealed foot rest & are so comfy. Tv is a fire stick & easy to use with Netflix, Amazon etc & usual TV channels. The bed has had a new mattress which is wonderful. The bathroom is lovely with decent shower & lovely big window where the sun beams through. Stylish curtains are blackout. Carpet is soft & stain-free. The owner, Debbie, is extremely responsive via the app if you have any questions or concerns & she is wonderfully helpful & just lovely. You won’t be disappointed here!

Maybe some hooks on bedroom door for dressing gown & shower caddy is a bit flimsy but I’m being silly & picky otherwise nothing else to complain about!

Very good location a few minutes walk from the bustling town of Faversham. The bed was super comfy and the TV easy to work once you'd read the instructions. The host was very solicitous, checking in with texts most days, noticing I'd disconnected the heating controller in error and facilitating readmittance later on departure day when I had forgotten a bag. The town, lots of eating and drinking options, fascinating history. I recommend the Magna Carta exhibition in the tourist centre.

I hadn't read the parking flag closely enough and didn't realise it was on street parking. This made it a little fiddly. I also did not get on with the shower. The head leaked at pressure and made getting the temperature adjustment awkward. There was plentiful hot water for a bath alternative though. I know Debbie has this in her sights!

Really nice spacious flat close to the town, train station, swimming pool. Lovely communication from the owner and great little welcoming details. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment within walking distance to the town centre. Owner is very communicative and available to answer any questions and the instructions re access etc were easy to understand. Netflix a nice bonus for rainy days.
