The owner, Mr Mehdi is very polite, helpful and always with the smile even in hard situations. I felt in love with Mahdia such a nice town very dynamic and so beautiful, the location of the house is just perfect and authentic, all your needs and the old neighborhood are walking distance places. The house was very clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay ☺️.

It was a very good house to spend a holiday , the hospitality of the owner Mahdi is warm and Amazing , looking forward to come back there in the future, very recommended for every one .

It was a nice and spatiosus room with airconditioning and on a great location! The owners were super nice and helpful! We arrived late (1am) and the wife of the owner stayed up to give us the key! If we had any questions he was quick in reply, but it was so good, that questions were not needed. Only tip: if you rent a car, don’t park out front on fridays, there is a marker and you won’t be able to leave with the car haha.

The apartment was very nice and cozy and in a very nice area. The apartment was next to the city centre and near to everything you would need .The apartment was very clean. The host was always helpful and very kind.

This newly renovated and beautifully decorated apartment was perfect for my five-week stay in Mahdia. Centrally located in the historic part of the town, it’s within walking distance of all the cafes, restaurants, and shops, and just a five-minute walk to the sea on both sides. With a short walk to the east, you can watch the sunrise, and heading west offers the chance to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. It features a very large living area with spacious seating on sectional couches, a smart TV, and a dining table that seats six. An easy-to-use air-conditioning unit cools the entire apartment efficiently. The bathroom has a nice, large shower and drawer storage for all your personal items, with extra towels and bedding provided. The bedroom includes a very comfortable bed with a new mattress and plenty of closet storage. If you wish to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, utensils, and dinnerware. The washing machine, located in the kitchen, is new and convenient for laundry during your stay. Just outside the kitchen is a large terrace, complete with a table and chairs, a charming garden, and a drying rack for clothes. It receives plenty of sunlight and is especially relaxing in the evening, as you can hear the ocean waves and see the stars clearly above. Mehdi and his wife are incredibly kind and wonderful hosts, always available if needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting this beautiful town and wanting to experience all it has to offer.
