1. The room was excellent ( probably because it is newly constructed.) 2. The location is convenient for beach goers. 3. The food was good.

1. Helpful but laid back/irresponsible staff. 2. Food options very limited. More frustrating is the timing of food service. On a leisure trip don't expect guests to adhere to strict timings like hostels. 3. No lift service.

I liked the location of cosyInn nit far away from beach its almost 8 to 9 minutes of light walking sea beach can be seen, I liked the convenience auto e rickshaws all have their stands here at hotel Rate of lodging I should say good and economical

This hotel doesn't has a lift that's a major issue nowadays The food in the restaurant of this hotel is not up to mark, neither cost efficient. Room service I have to repeatedly call 5 times then it's done. If accidentally you need to change bed cover for any reason it won't be done easily without arguing. People drink milk tea and need room service will be in trouble here. As this hotel is enlisted in booking .com and go ibibo.com customers will expect competitive rate, facilities etc. That this property should keep in mind. I visit digha once a year last 15 years it's our leisure for few days At least visiting hotel cozy inn again not possible

the only things good about this property is only the room which given to us.Its newly constructed that’s why i think the room is good in conditions.

there is no lift, yo have to carry your own luggage through the stairs. Although you have to wait for your check in as mostly there is no one will be there at reception, i have to call them and asked them for the same. i made the booking one week before arrival but the person at reception was unable to find my booking as well blaming that i have to call them for the confirmation. waste of money
