Location is very good . It is right in the centre of Gandhinagar with markets close by.

Very small room. No room service, they could not even provide a cup of tea in the morning. Any tea that was given was sourced from a tea shop nearby. The property does not even have a fridge to store milk. Gyser was not working, the owner opened another room where the gyser was working, but it is so inconvinient to walk into another room just to take a bath. No cleaning done unless asked for. There was a peculiar smell in the room. The hotel could not even provide glass tumblers. Plastic glasses were given for water. Bathroom is tiny. Overall the room was too small for comfort.
