Condo in Green Valley Baguio

Quiet except for rat dogs barking non stop.

Cold shower, strange neighborhood no one outside really just like a ghost town with a few construction things going on. So weird theres 2 manually lifted gates to get in...not sure who they are keeping out but its not some high end living. 3rd floor apartment, i dont believe it tells u that until u book. Everything is cold in the apartment. Miserable taking a shower like that.

The room is nice. Everything is clean. I loved how the owner left 2 slippers and it's brand new. Grab food is very accessible. The bed is very comfy. The place is really quiet.

Honestly, the location. It's too far from the known places at Baguio. We had to walk for like 10 mins just to get to the gate and get a taxi. It's also hard to get a grab so you really have no choice but to walk to get a taxi. Also I didn't like how the building was. It actually looks creepy as the building looks really old. The last thing that I didn't like and I am actually disgusted about are the kitchenware. There is left residue on the plates especially the pots and pans. Because of this, we decided to just eat outside or order food instead of cooking which made us spend more money.

The room itself is so cozy and clean.Owner is so responsive too.Complete stuff.The building is a bet old but the room is so nice.Spacious parking space and balcony view is relaxing.Not bad for the price.

The stairs and lobby are old.
