LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! I flew in from Atlanta and left 20-30 minutes after i got in the door. WOMEN, do not Book here and do not bring kids here. This has to be the worse home location i have EVER PAID FOR. The address provided by the host is to the abandoned condemned house next door. The actual house is next door and there is NO BALCONY. The streets have no good light at dark the whole area is creepy. The house the left and right are abandoned , the blinds were wide open when i arrived and the floor creeked from front to back. The blinds in the front window are basically see through as well as in one of the bedrooms. The high windows close to the ceilings were exposed with no blinds. The abandoned house could have someone in it and they can look straight through. The name of the house “THIS OLD HOUSE” is an understatement. I don’t think it should even be rented out as an AIR BNB.

First and foremost the host is extremely thorough with instructions, professional, and a Sweetheart. I loved the property completely; there's nothing that I did not like, I'd only recommend stand-alone mirrors in the bedrooms. The property was clean, comfy, and I would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend booking. ❤️

The bed was nice. We had a good sleep overall

Missing basic amenities such as shampoo body wash Some of the towels were dirty Dust in the window sill Address said 2277 but house sign is 2275 Tried calling owner and didn’t get any response at all Owner gave passcode late so check in was late

"Detroit Long Weekend"

House was very clean, kitchen has excellent modern fridge and stove. Location was very easy to get downtown quickly. Lots of room for 4 adults, beds were comfortable. Good supply of excellent towels. Some snacks and drink pods were supplied. Close to The Congegation( coffee house), we really enjoyed our meals there. It is an old house, so the squeaky uneven floors are to be expected- adds chatacter!

Two dining room chairs were broken and unusable. Also had an issue with the shower, no temperature control. No electric kettle.

Manager Monique was very accommodating, knowledgeable & trustworthy. Towels were excellent. Nice and clean inside. Bonus food snacks and drink were given.

A drive through driveway would be nice.
