BGIt is very good apartment with everything for our stay there. It is comfort, with park place, close to Ioannina old city, shops, restaurants and main attraction. Our host Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. We are sorry that it was just one night stay :). For explore of Ioannina you need at least two days. Recommended 100%. Kiril

All was fine regarding the appartment. The city have some problems - it is splited in 4 areas. There is a very beautiful hystorical center near the lake, but 200m far from the center looks like "apocalips" has come - many abbandoned stores, tavernas, cafe shops... A third areea is the city new center whit University and business area. The forth areea is an chaotic construction made for turism.

CAWe had a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome. From the water already in the coffee machine to a well-stocked fruit bowl in the refrigerator, bottled water in the fridge, and even board games for the family—it’s clear the hosts have put real care into every detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable—truly the best sleep I’ve had in two weeks of traveling through Greece! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the lake, the charming old town, and plenty of delicious bakeries nearby. Everything was so easy and accessible. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience. We will absolutely be returning!

ROBest place to stay in Ioannina. The appartment looks great, it has everything you need for a plesant stay. The parking spot is a plus. The beds are very comfortable. In the area you can find lots of shops and restaurants. It is close to the old city center and all the turistic objectives. The sweets we found in the arrival were so good after a long day of driving. The communication with the host was great. I highly recommand.
