Local store was very convenient for milk etc Off road parking in small car park Apartment was clean / spacious Easy access to from Motorway.

Strong smell of cannabis in the entrance and stairway throughout visit Apartment is showing some signs of wear and tear mainly water damage evident to main bathroom fixtures and flooring due to shower screen being too small to stop water splashing out of bathtub from shower The doors under the main sink in the kitchen are loose and ill-fitting

It was not a bad location

Finding the place took us an hour as no proper address was mentioned on the check in instructions. Same with the check out it kept on asking us to wait or to pay extra to increase the check out time . There was a very bad smell coming from the kitchen behind the fridge area and the sink tried phoning but got no answer.

Location was great as it was close to family. Nice layout and convenient to have a small store right next door.

Needs a real good cleaning. Bed linens and towels were great, but stained couch cushions, food and drink splatters in kitchen, walls and bedside tables, stovetop was not clean and oven mitts were a mess with others cooking remnants.

Location was excellent for visiting family in Eccles and Media City

only a couple of miles to Trafford centre... quiet...comfortable bed..very hot water

The occupants on the ground floor were clearly smoking weed and the stench permeated through our apartment despite every attempt to reduce it by opening all windows etc. ...the tile grout around the shower head had pink mold (serratia marcescens) and the oven needed the metal shelves to be cleaned though we didn't cook.( This is from a professional cleaners point of view) most wouldn't notice.
