Un buen hotel, cómodo y bien ubicado, el servicio es muy amable y cordial. Excelente relación precio calidad

El hotel tiene excelentes ubicacion. El estacionamiento lo ofrece en otra empresa a dos cuadras y hay que avisar media hora antes para que tengan los coches disponibles, los guardan en una pensión en otro lugar. Las habitaciones están amplias y limpias. Nos tocó una habitación en segundo piso y es una verdadera hazaña subir con equipaje una peligrosa y angosta escalera de caracol.

El precio no vá de acuerdo con las instalaciones, es elevado el precio vs instalaciones y servicios

Location is excellent. The bedsheets were nice thread. Once I moved to the interior courtyard, the outside traffic could not be heard.

I had to move to 3 separate rooms. First one was eclectic in a bad sort of way. I moved to the 2nd room but it was upstairs on the street side and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. On top of that it was so hot that the fan in the room couldn't make a dent on the heat. Once I moved to the 3rd room, in the interior courtyard, the noise was no longer a factor and the temperature was perfect. On night stands, no lamps. Only 2 harsh lightbulbs. The soap holder in the shower wouldn't stay on wall. Put anything in it and it and the screw fell off. In one of the rooms it had a security chain, but no fastener on the other side rendering it useless. Bath sink had no medicine cabinet or area to put toiletries. In one room I moved the bed nightstand to the bathroom so I could put my toiletries on it. On the first floor there were 4 tables with chairs so guests could use. On the second floor, nothing. No place to sit outside you room.

The receptionist was not supportive at the time of checking in. Although the location and design of the hotel was so good and clean room with comfortable bed was good enough overall for the stay.

El personal del hotel siempre fue amable pero la habitación deja mucho que desear para el precio… no tenía algún mecanismo de seguridad interno para asegurar la puerta (únicamente la chapa), parece ser que el agua de la regadera está compartida con la habitación de a lado porque a ratos se iba completamente de mi regadera y tenía que esperar para poderla usar, la cama no tenía sábanas, cobija o edredón, literal sólo la sábana de cajón…. la ubicación si es muy buena ya que está a dos cuadras de la parroquia de San Miguel
