It had a strange smell, toilet seat was broken, water pressure super low

SKThe apartment is located close to a bus stop, which is 12 minutes away from city centre
It was very freezing cold,the apartment had no radiators, it had 3 small electrical heaters which one was not working and they were taking very long to warm up. The floor is really cold. The bed sheets were dusty, you cold see them dirty and expecially the pillow cases dirty and red stayned. There was no pressure from the shower and no hot water from the sink.
