Owners very attentive and welcoming. Beautiful property, can't wait to come back in nicer weather as the seating area on the river is beautiful. Fabulous breakfast. Have my eye on the shephard huts as very sweet.

"Nice - But a bit disappointing"

This is a friendly B&B right on the coast to coast path. There is a nice common area with an honesty bar. There are also some good supplies available for walkers.

The room was very small for a double and relatively expensive. The room was cold when we arrived and the heating seemed to go off early. The towel rail was also off. The room did come with a bath, but the shower was hand held and awkward.
