ApLa Mini Studio in Downtown

Location was very good!

The apparent was very tiny! There is no space to do anything. Especially the bathroom was the smallest part of the studio. The bed was sofa bed but very uncomfortable.

Vraiment très très très petit ! Un « placard » …! Les photos sont vraiment réussies on le croirait plus grand ! Quand au parking on s’est pris une amende de 40€ dans une rue adjacente … !

The place is in the heart of Heraklion. While it might be a bit small it has everything necessary to make your stay perfect. If, like us, you plan to get a car and travel around the island, this place will be your perfect place! Also, the host was amazing. Quick, nice, and always friendly! Highly recommended :)

the location is very good because you are in the centar of the town, the owner was very pleasent for everything what l needed... for everything what happend in same building or the same property he react immediately and inform me for every issue.

The location is amazing. Only 2 minutes walk to city centre

Durty flat. Hair all over the bed and at the W.C. . No hand soap. Hardly any toilet paper and kitchen roll. I called 6 times , but there wasn't any reply. I emailed a couple of times asking for a fresh set of towels and beddings, but there was no reply again. I asked to have someone to clean the flat ( i informed that I would pay for it myself ), and still, no reply. I sent an email on the 8th of November saying that I would arrive at the property at 15.30, knowing that i could check in from 15.00,but I didn't get the keys before 17.00. I never had such a bad experience. I will make sure to inform people to avoid this place.

Other than the location and cleanliness, Nothing was good

Very small bathroom. One can use only half of the sink as tbe door handle blocks it. The door is very difficult to open and close due to the TINY area. The bed is very very uncomfortable. The bed side board is so high that you can not sit ir climb in the bed. Altough we requested extra pillows, none was given and they did not even mention it... THE TWO EXISTING PILLOWS were so thin and uncomfortable that we niw have sore necks and back. Other than in the kitchenette, there was no space for two persons to move around. And we are of medium height and size... Never again...
