Host was very friendly couldn't do enough for you and made you feel welcome. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great..has a good choice.would stay there again and highly recommend to others.Also location was perfect..very close to the harbour and town centre.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.Accomodation is what you would expect for the price

Handy for Torquay town and harbour with many resteraunts, pubs, etc. Clean tidy b and b. Host is a lovely, welcoming lady. Breakfast OK. Room was overlooking park, large room with tv,settee,fridge, which was very handy,bed comfortable, good shower in bathroom.

Towels in bathroom could do with replacing,fresh, but discoloured.
