Der Stil , die Aufmachung , es passt alles perfekt zusammen

We liked how beautifully designed the hotel is, with stylish rooms and a perfect beachfront setting. We also loved the warm hospitality, delicious food, and serene atmosphere, it made the stay truly relaxing and memorable. The front desk team (Gul, Yagmur, Hilal, and Hassan) were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and created such positive vibes that we left with kisses and hugs.

The restaurant staff could be more fluent in English to make communication smoother. We also wish the massage hours were more flexible (towards end of day) and that there was an option for a couple’s massage, as we were informed they only have one masseuse.

Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her ihtiyacımızda yanımızda oldular. Bu samimiyet ve ilgi sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten çok rahat hissettik. Odamız beklediğimizden çok daha genişti, tertemiz ve çok ferah bir ortama sahipti. Temizlik ve düzen konusunda en ufak bir eksik yoktu. Bahçesi ayrı bir huzur köşesi… Hem bakımlı hem de çok keyifli bir atmosferi vardı. Beach kısmını da özellikle belirtmek isterim. Denizi çok güzeldi, plaj tertemizdi ve oradaki hizmet gerçekten çok kaliteli. Servis hızlıydı, yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve çalışanların ilgisi burada da eksiksizdi. Ayrıca late check-out yapmak isteyenlere sundukları samimiyet ve imkanlar bizi çok mutlu etti. Misafirlerini inanılmaz güzel ağırlıyorlar, kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Özellikle Hilal ve Umut beye bu konu da teşekkür ederiz. Kısacası hem otel hem de beach bölümüyle her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Güler yüz, temizlik, lezzet, huzur… Hepsi bir aradaydı. Bizim için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu, tekrar gelmek için şimdiden sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Beach alanında sadece küçük bir detayı paylaşmak isterim; bazı garsonların bardakları dudak kısmından tutarak servis ettiklerine birkaç kez şahit olduk. Devamlı bir durum değil, yalnızca birkaç kez denk geldik. Küçük bir eğitimle kolayca çözülebilecek bir konu, onun dışında her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Before Sunset is a truly eco-friendly hotel – even down to the toilet paper. They genuinely care about nature, which is something you don’t usually see in a luxury hotel. I really appreciated their thoughtful approach to sustainability throughout the stay.

The garden rooms are beautiful, the food was great and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This has truly been the most remarkable place I have ever stayed. The level of service exceeded all expectations — I never realized what true hospitality was until now. The concierge team was exceptional, anticipating and attending to every need with such care. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed. The beach was stunning, and the yoga sessions and sunset rituals created unforgettable moments that I will deeply miss. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making this experience so extraordinary.

Although amazing breakfast, food at restaurant can be improved.
