Ein außergewöhnlich angenehmer Aufenthalt im Before Sunset Hotel Ich durfte nun zum zweiten Mal im Before Sunset Hotel Urlaub machen – und erneut war alles auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den professionellen Service des gesamten Teams. Jeder Mitarbeiter trägt mit Freundlichkeit, Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Herr Kaniver verdient hierbei besondere Anerkennung. Was ihn auszeichnet, ist nicht nur seine Höflichkeit und respektvolle Art, sondern vor allem seine konsequente und gleichbleibende Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber allen Gästen – unabhängig von Herkunft oder Status. Sein Verhalten ist nicht auf einzelne Personen gerichtet, sondern Ausdruck echter Servicekultur. In einer Zeit, in der solche Professionalität selten geworden ist, ist das wirklich bemerkenswert. Ich danke dem gesamten Team – innen wie außen – für einen Aufenthalt, der in Erinnerung bleibt. Dieses Hotel ist meine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Qualität, Ruhe und Stil schätzen.

We stayed at the hotel and I truly recommend it. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, always attentive and willing to help, not only at the hotel but also at the Beach Club. The rooms are excellent, clean, and super spacious. The gym is very good. The breakfast is spectacular. We had lunch there a few times and ate superbly as well. I definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation. With only a few rooms, you feel right at home. As for the beach service, I have nothing to criticize: everything was in perfect condition. I highlight the details of the hotel that make it unique and the friendliness of the entire staff.

gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – von der Einrichtung bis hin zum Außenbereich stimmt einfach alles. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Service, der in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt hat. Sowohl Sauberkeit, Gastfreundschaft als auch Atmosphäre waren auf höchstem Niveau. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Herrn Kaniver, dessen höfliche und respektvolle Art den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Seine Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen war vorbildlich. Ich vergebe ganz klar 10 von 10 Punkten – und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung, Stil und perfekten Service suchen.

During the getaway we chose for our wedding anniversary—which was already very special for us—we once again realized that Before Sunset, Çeşme’s top beach in our opinion, has taken the experience to an entirely new level by combining it with the comfort of its boutique hotel. Just like the beach itself, the hotel embraces a natural, sustainable, and bohemian style that’s reflected in every detail. The terrace, which is as spacious as the room and features a bathtub, made us feel like we were back in Bali on our honeymoon. The food was delicious—especially the Elefante night, where the menu was rich, satisfying, and full of unique flavors worthy of a fine dining restaurant. A heartfelt thank you to Aslıhan, Gül, Yağmur, Umut, Tayfun, and Emir from the reception and guest relations team, whose warm hospitality and tasteful recommendations elevated every part of our stay. We’re especially grateful for the lovely anniversary surprise. 😊 At the beach, Melih, Gökdeniz, and Furkan were all incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful. And in the restaurant, Ozan and Şirvan provided service that was even more professional and refined than what we’ve experienced in many fine dining spots. We’re sharing our experience honestly—but we do worry that the hotel might become even more popular in the future, and we won’t be able to find a room next time! 😊

breakfast was exceptional, quality of food, the view, timing hours, staff and variety of food and drinks. we enjoyed each meal at this place.

Das sehr freundliche Personal, die Ambiente die Bungalows. Es ist alles unbeschreiblich schön… auf jeden Falls wollen wir uns bei Aslihan, Tayfun, Yagmur, Hasan, Umut, Gül, Emir von der Rezeption und Kundenbetreuung bedanken. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Nochmals Danke für die sehr nette, herzliche Betreuung.

Am Strand die Preise. Allerdings ist es auch außerhalb genauso daher haben wir nichts zu bemängeln
