The house, itself, and the location are excellent. There is so much potential with this place, but there are issues

The house was NOT clean. After a long day of travel, I had to clean surfaces and use our own clothing and linen items to cover bed sheets that were stained and had visible dirt on them. The kitchen was absolutely filthy, including a tea kettle that was full of mold from water that had been left in it, so we weren't even able to make coffee in the morning. There is an espresso machine, but it was also quite dirty and no coffee is provided. Also, we made it known from the beginning that we were a family of 7 (adults), yet there were only 2 bath towels, no hand towels, not enough plates, cups, or cutlery, and no sheets for the floor mats (only 4 actual beds). There was a play station, but the controllers were dead with no way to charge them. Again the house and location are fantastic, but our overall experience was very disappointing due to the cleanliness issues and lack of appropriate supplies. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this rental.

the design of the villa is superb, its made of stone and eco friendly.The owner is very caring.

Short drive to most attractions in the area. Beautiful view. The house and yard are a great space to hang out. Good communication from host.

A few minor things were missing (towels, enough cutlery) but overall a great place to stay.
