"Good space, location and value but could do better with a few simple improvements."

Location and space.
Not very clean, kitchen cookware and crockery was substandard. Sand fell from the roof vents into the bathroom sink daily.

Comfortable beds. Spacious. Good location, short walk to the main street.
The wifi doesn't work. I was told there was an incident, but it seems to be constant according to previous reviews. The neighbors on the floor above are very noisy. Even late at night the noise is loud. There is construction going on in the apartment next door, so you will be woken up by the noise. The cleaning could be better. The shower curtain has mold on it.
