My stay at The Loft was pretty good. The combination of its prime location, and comfortable and well-appointed rooms, made for a truly memorable experience.

The property was located in a good area, the decor was lovely and the loft living room was lovely.

We have stayed at another property in the quays and it was more of a higher standard. This one did not have all the finishing touches, such as no sugar. The oven is quite poor, we tried to cook chicken and after 2 hours gave up when it was on the correct setting. We found dirty oven gloves in the draw, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the other stay, the fire alarm kept on beeping intermittently throughout the night which we solved then would turn back on, dogs next door woke us up a few times early mornings and late at night also. There was also an issue with the remote for the start tv, which was one of the main reasons why we pick these to stay with. Unfortunately we did not have the remote for the first two nights but it was quickly resolved for the last night when the host was contacted. I am quite disappointed with this stay, as this was a second time using this company and I was going to try to use them continuously as I visit Cardiff weekly for 2/3 nights a week which I would have booked for the foreseeable but now I will look elsewhere.

Comfortable, clean and well resourced. I like the decor and layout of the apartment.
