It’s a charming, spacious place in a great location. We enjoyed staying there and it was a quiet, restful place to stay.

The communication with the company who runs it was poor. Firstly, the day before I arrived, they asked me to fill in an on line form which involved passport details, a selfie photo etc etc. it took me 40 stressful minutes. Other hosts from other apartments just took a photo of my passport and collected the tax in cash. Secondly, despite asking in emails, I didn’t know how I was going to access the property until an hour before. A simple sentence ‘you will be met by someone at the property’ would have helped enormously. When I met the lad at the property, he was very keen to get away. There was no map and he didn’t know where the nearest bus stop was. There was no local knowledge to share with us and no warm welcome which we have received in other places. A little milk in the fridge would also be a nice gesture. It’s all the little things which make you feel welcome and it was missing here. It felt like this apartment is a cash cow and the least they have to do, the better. Likewise, checking out information arrived at 10pm the night before our departure referring to a locker we didn’t know about. We left the property unlocked. Finally, the bathroom seriously needs some attention- shower curtain falling off, water getting everywhere.

Su amplitud y comodidades, la decoración y limpieza son un valor a tener en cuenta. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de casi todo. El anfitrión se puso a nuestra disposición siempre que le necesitamos.

El portal y escalera, están descuidados y al no tener ascensor, cuesta subir los cuatro pisos.

Immeuble vetuste avec poubelles dans le hall , odeur ttes désagréable. Appartement au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur Salle de bain vestuste et minuscule . Pas très propre , poussière au sol, trous dans les murs. Logement qui ne devrait pas être loué dans cet état.

Tal y como se refleja en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, a 15 min de la estación y a 10 min del funicular.

We really liked this place, great location within walking distance to the central station and main attractions, a large supermarket and many small shops and cafes nearby. Manager Federico was very polite and ready to help at any time of the day. We had no problems. All amenities are present, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron. The mattresses and pillows on both beds are simply magnificent! We slept like logs and woke up rested with new strength for long walks. We were very pleased with our stay in Claire's attic!

An important point - the house is very old and this should be taken into account. If modern amenities are very important to someone, then it will be difficult for them, since the bathroom is very cramped and there is no shower cabin in it. Also, all the sockets are old-style, with three holes, it's good that there were adapters. Also, during our stay, it was not possible to connect the washing machine, the manager said that after our departure they would fix it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Claire’s Attic! The apartment matched the description and even exceeded our expectations. The decorations seem artisanal and hand made, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Checking in and out was also a pleasant experience. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need in a bnb stay, amenities you usually would need and even a decent storage of spices and condiments. The house is located in walkable distance from Bergamo sights as well as the train station. The decor absolutely stole our hearts, compliments to the interior designer for attention to whimsy detail! Would gladly stay here again!

The location was good, comfortable apartment with loads of space. Responsive hosts were there to meet us when agreed and gave us all the information needed.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the drains during our stay so we had to have the windows open all the time due to the constant strong smell from the bathroom.

Location, size. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The owner is great.

Shower. Flores were a little bit dirty, and the head of the bed was falling. I believe the owner can fix it.
