Апартаменты в хорошем ЖК, рядом станция метро Сайран, внизу, на первом этаже, есть круглосуточное кафе, недалеко торговый центр. Квартира чистая и ухоженная, с отличным видом на горы и на город, заселение удаленное, хозяева идут на встречу.

何より景色が綺麗。ショッピングモールが近く、買い物が便利。レストランも多い。オーナーとは全てWhatsAppでのやり取りになるが、非常に親切。支払いは現金を机に置いてチェックアウトする形式。

Хорошее расположение, рядом метро. Рядом отличный супермаркет A store с очень богатым ассортиментом и отличной кулинарией. Хороший новый ЖК. Очень уютный закрытый двор с спорт площадкой. Отличный вид из квартиры. Хороший ремонт, есть вся кухонная утварь. Матрац удобный. Бесконтактное заселение.

Запыленные снаружи окна немного портят эффект от шикарного вида :) но это нюанс.

Отличная квартира с отличным видом. Все сделано для комфортного проживания. Апартаменты идеально чистые и уютные. Все в шаговой доступности и недалеко от метро и автобусных остановок. Владелец всегда был на связи и всегда рад помочь. Спасибо за комфортное прибывание🙏

Technically there's nothing ..

One of the best apartment experiences so far in many years of travelling to different countries. Our first trip to Almaty and the host ensured us a real smooth and comfortable stay. Nurzhan is a. Wonderful host , he ensured everything was in place for us and above expectations. The apartment itself has a beautiful view of the Tianshan mountains. All equipped with modern amenities we couldn't ask for anything or need any more. Would recommend anyone to book this place without any hesitation. Over all this place made a perfect home for us during a holiday ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect !!

Exceptionally clean. Well furnished. Very responsive host. It had every thing a family needs in an apartment. The location and views are good. Finding the location was simple too. The contactless check in and check out was so convenient. We did not have to wait for someone to hand over the keys. At the time of check in nobody had to wait for us to handover the keys. Our check in checkout times change at times and here it was like a hotel. Just message the host and you are ready to leave. The host was very helpful in trying to accommodate our requests. There is a small grocery right at the doorstep.

I would rate this apartment a 10/ 10 if the bedroom had air conditioning. True to earlier reviews, the apartment room is very hot and stuffy without a/c. There is not even a standing fan. I spent a sleepless night. Keeping the window open let the traffic noise and street lights into the room. If the host does rectify this, I would definitely stay here again.

No hot water for shower initially for 2hours. AC was not cooling at all.
