1. Never got the Yale door code to work despite multiple communications with property manager. Used lockbox/key instead. 2. Paid for 6 guests; truly only sleeps 5 as the vintage fold-out futon is not large enough for 2 people. Our 5th guest slept on the futon but the only bedding provided for the futon was a sheet and a pillowcase, no blanket, pillow or comforter. Borrowed a pillow from a bedroom. Guest #6 slept on the downstairs couch with a borrowed pillow and 2 bath towels. No additional blankets or bedding to be found in the house. So only 4 of the 6 guests were comfortable in actual beds. NOT what we paid for. 3. The house is very noisy! Especially the bathroom exhaust fan. Took a shower in the dark because preferred that to the deafening, rattling, constant noise.
