Trendy Central Apartment with Free Parking - Perfect for Contractors and Families

In het appartement hangt een luchtverfrisser (vertelde de klantenservice ons) wat zo sterk is dat we moesten hoesten, een zere keel kregen en onze ogen gingen tranen. De geur was overweldigend. De buurt (een flat met portiek) voelde naar en onveilig met veel schreeuwende kinderen en ruziënde mensen. Volgens de klantenservice normale geluiden en niet onveilig want er hangt een CCTV camera. We stonden snel weer buiten en hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het appartement. Helaas want we moesten opnieuw ergens anders boeken.

not a warm welcome as the CH not prepared for us, error on boiler since pressure was less then 0.8 bar, so I had to start with setting the pressure... hopefully next customers will be more happy; not the best ventilation from boiler room, so when around the toilet you have this smell of leaking gas... a bit concerning when going to bed... dining table a bit wobbly, even after my temporary fix... need a proper maintenance (or will collapse soon) not sure which parking space to use, but the second from left gives you regular bird excrements on top of your car

Everything was perfect…Lewis- the host was absolutely brilliant…even after checking in late he was on the call to help and explain me everything. The place was so beautiful.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. Trust me saying without a second thought THE BEST PLACE.

The bed was broken, gave me a backache and I did not have a good sleep! The sofa bed was broken. We were not informed about these issues before we arrived. One of the blinds was broken and off the hinge. The host advertised that there were games and fan..there were not any until we mentioned it and the host bought them brand new. Fan was a little tabletop fan! I kept communicating with the host about these issues, they confirmed a partial refund but still have not given us a refund. I will definitely not book this apartment again! Not happy at all.
