Chic Accommodation with Breathtaking Views over Calea Victoriei - Your Central Heaven

The location

We booked based on the fact that there was a balcony with a seated area and views over the square as seen in the pics. What we got was a totally different apartment with a bar across the window and no outside space and facing another buiding - see our photos - first pic is what was on our booking - additional pics what we got ( AND THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE ON REVIEWS) . When i questioned the owner about misadvertising, they said "Please note that the images displayed on the platform represent a selection of photographs from various apartments within the residential complex and are intended to provide an overall impression of the property." Whats an impression ? i want what i booked and on my booking it showed a proper balony. In addition, no shower curtain meaning you had to hold the shower hose to avoid water going everywhere, plumbing smelt of sewage, one pillow each and room is basially the bed and not the space is appears in the photos ( we had the green room ) so certainly not the 5 star experience it claims to give

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Communication was brilliant. They constantly checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Some people mentioned the noise-it didn’t keep me awake but the property is in the main town so constant traffic noises etc. it wasn’t too bad. Easy access to property.

No plug in bath-raised this with owner on the last day for future people who said they would deal with it. We were only there for 2 nights so we coped.

Locația este bună, dar, din păcate, cam aici se opresc lucrurile pozitive. Condiții generale: În cameră a fost extrem de frig, neexistând nicio sursă de încălzire funcțională. Deși există aragaz, nici acesta nu mergea. În bucătărie, practic nu ai ce face – pare mai mult de decor decât utilă. Apă caldă și igienă: Apa caldă lipsește complet – nici la duș, nici la chiuvetă. Este foarte neplăcut să nu te poți spăla, mai ales când călătorești în interes de serviciu. Dacă încerci totuși să te speli cu apă rece, să nu ai așteptări de la feon, pentru că nici acesta nu funcționează. Confort: Am avut la dispoziție o singură plapumă, insuficientă în condițiile de frig. În plus, patul scârțâie la fiecare mișcare, ceea ce face aproape imposibil un somn odihnitor – te trezești de fiecare dată când te miști puțin. Curățenie și miros: Deși se specifică faptul că nu este permis fumatul în cameră, la sosire mirosul de țigară era foarte puternic. Am fost nevoiți să aerisim, fără să știm că nu există căldură, ceea ce a agravat și mai mult disconfortul. Concluzie: Per total, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare. Pare un exemplu de proprietate în care se încasează bani fără a se reinvesti minimul necesar pentru confortul oaspeților.

I had a great time in the appartment and in the city! The location of the appartment is excellent. You can reach the old center and metro / buses on foot. The view from the balcony is outstanding! The appartment has everything you will need from a short or longer stay. Communication with the team was excellent! I definitely recommend to stay there!! I Wish I could stay more days.

Everything was just right. The staff was kind and responsive, the location clean and quite. Also the location is convenient, close to public transport and easy to reach..Good option also if you need to work remotely.
