Modern Shared Condo Near Downtown Chicago, Flexible Room Options and Shared Amenities

The rooms and facilities were new, clean, and functional.

The JustIN app was never set up correctly. I had to troubleshoot with an employee every time I wanted to get into the building. I didn’t receive a fob, as they said. So I was stuck with this unfortunate messaging back and forth for my entire stay.

Great location and value for a single traveler, or a couple. Much more reasonable than any accommodations in downtown. 3 blocks walking distance of plenty of local food and coffee. 2 blocks from a Costco. Very easy access to downtown, 10 minutes with no traffic. Has a gym in the building, as well as a 1st floor lounge with coffee machine and plenty of space to sit and work or socialize.

The property was kinda simple, the room was good exept that the bed was almost broke when we arrrived .The staff was kind, the neighbours were good .

The neighbours didn’t kept the kitchen clean, the neighbours at the other apartman was very loud . The bad was fell apart the first time we arrived and the also the neighbourhood was bad , the location was bad also
