Beautiful three bedrooms apartment with free parking close to the Danube Coast

The apartment has several good points, including apartment is quiet, clean, new and beautiful, location is very convenient as near the city, room spaces are big, and the landlord is very friendly and helpful. In totally, we enjoy so much to stay the apartment.

Location was GREAT.

The second bathroom shower left a lot to be desired. Had to mop after each shower due to only having half a shower door. Also didn’t realize Hungarians don’t use wash cloths because none were provided. What do they wash with? Also had a complaint against us because of noise. The only noise we made was when the smoke alarm went off. But it wasn’t for very long. The parking garage is a bit tedious but glad they had one. We were told not to change the AC any lower, which a couple of days was not so good. Luckily the weather turned cooler. I would not suggest renting with kids. The owner was very helpful when the garage door opener stopped working. She told us to get a new battery 🤔. We did, it didn’t help. Then she got us another one. Which was the wrong one. So for a few days one of us had to run down to the garage to open it.

Everything was just great, thank you very much. We enjoyed every day, nothing to disturb our vacation. Great restaurants around, super craft beer bar, quiet and green place. ❤️

The wonderful time spent in Budapest is also thanks to this place, everything - from the organization, contact and location, met our expectations. A very pleasant, well-kept and clean apartment with air conditioning and all necessary amenities. Private parking is a gold standard. In other words - I highly recommend it and I hope we will come back to Budapest someday. Thank you once again to the hosts.

Everything was perfect!

Helpful hosts. Clear instructions for self check in. Apartment is located in a nice area with nice restaurants around the corner. Metro station is also nearby. Big and clean apartment: 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was convenient while we were with 6 persons. Airconditioning in all 3 bedrooms was very great to have in summertime.

We had the unfortunate situation that on the day of arrival we heard the washing machine had a defect, so we couldn't use it. Points of improvement: in 1 bedroom there were no curtains which could cover the whole window. For a feeling of privacy it would be nice to have curtains. No locks on the bathrooms.

Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was accessible within a few minutes walk and there are multiple public transport options very close by. Car was also parked safely in the underground garage for the duration of our stay without any issues. Apartment itself was comfortable, in a nice building, and really peaceful; we never encountered any noise from neighbours or the street during the three nights we stayed there. Beds were comfortable and air con was effective in all the rooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were also clean, modern and well-stocked. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. They communicate well and were very organised. Any time we had a question, they had the answer for us straight away. We would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.

We had a very nice time, spacious, elegant and clean apartment with own parking on the premis. Orsolya is a perfect host. Would love to stay again.
