Very close to university. Nice decoration and style. Immediate responses and help in anything. Very good people in the front desk. Calm place. Nice new furniture.

Better humidity management. The bathroom ventilators were very noisy. Clean service should be more often during stay. The bed sheets and the mattress moderate quality.

I understand the kitchen is shared but the Kitchen is a health hazard but seriously needs to be DEEP cleaned mouldy food in shopping bags and food flys around the kitchen getting into other food that I was cooking it seriously needs a deep clean the smell of mould from the food bags that was left on the side that had outdated food was making me feel sick ! As the smell drifted through the kitchen that's the only issue I had bedroom and shower were perfect 👌

No bath towels were provided. The shared kitchen was dirty.

The location was good for the University of Liverpool.

I was allocated to Block A. Block A lacks an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage to the second floor without assistance from the accommodation representative. I showed the reception disc that their booking ads on e-booking have mentioned that there is an elevator, but there was no response. Upon checking in, I found that the toilet in my room was not clean, so I requested a cleaning service. During my stay, I noticed that no one was cleaning the common area, which included the kitchen. Although I didn't use this area, the garbage was still accumulating, and no one picked it up. One of the two fridges was malfunctioning, causing my food to spoil. The smell of the building, especially the stairs, was very bad.
