Location is perfect, big mall rigtt next to it, swimming pools and great view. Everything was clean and Jeniffer keeps you updated with information and is very avaliable.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. really good at focusing on what customers need and require❤️ I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

The check in process is cumbersome and drawn out. You arrive at the complex and you have to go through security, you then find the building and security stops you and tells you to go down the hill to a separate security check point. We asked to leave our luggage in the lobby of the building for two minutes to prevent us from lugging them down and up the hill, but security refused. We then went to this little hut, showed our passports and got given this slip of paper. We went back up the hill to the lobby of the building and then had to surrender a passport just to get compulsory guest cards, which you need to carry on you at all times. Extremely high security for what is essentially a studio Airbnb. I did not feel comfortable surrendering my passport, especially as we’d already provided several copies to the owner, building and security. We were also only staying for 6 hours before heading to the airport. After reluctantly providing my passport, which they just held in a desk draw in the lobby; we went upto the flat (35minutes later). The property did not look like the photos and was extremely small. This wouldn’t have been a problem for such a short stay, but the room was BOILING. Everything in the property is unplugged, because it is not regularly managed. Due to everything being permanently unplugged and no air getting into the flat, it had a slight weird smell to it. The bathroom was also extremely small and quite dated. Although the owner of the property was extremely professional and friendly, the property is overpriced. We booked it because it was advertised as being next to the airport, however, it was no closer to the airport than staying in Makati. Overall I can’t recommend staying here.

Only had the chance to stay here for one night before returning to the airport. Jennifer was an amazing host, always available to contact, no matter how small the question and responded very promptly. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and super close to the airport.

We stayed at Jenni’s place for one night to catch our flight the next morning. The accommodation is very close to the airport. The room is beautifully furnished and very clean. Jenni is a great host and easy to reach via message. The place is located right next to a large mall (SM). We booked the accommodation both for our arrival and again for our last day in the Philippines, and we can highly recommend it! Thank you so much, Jenni, for your amazing support!
